GT-L60 metered liquid dosing station integrated with a filling line

GT-L60 · GTX Series

Metered Liquid Dosing System

Flow-meter based metered dosing station for free-flowing liquids, brines, sauces and additives — standalone or synchronised with GTX filling and tray-sealing lines.

Quantitative parameters (filling range, speed, accuracy) are released only after a timed sample test with your product and containers. They are intentionally marked as pending technical confirmation.

Selection boundaries

A responsible quotation names what a platform does not do. Use these boundaries to decide whether the GT-L60 is the right starting point before requesting a sample test.

  • Intended for pumpable, essentially particle-free liquids.
  • Viscous or particulate products should be evaluated with the GTX series.
  • Flow meter technology is selected per product conductivity and hygiene class.
  • Dosing figures are released after application review and are currently pending technical confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

Tell us your product and container — engineering will confirm the rest.

Share viscosity behaviour, particulate content and target formats. GrounTon responds with a platform proposal and a sample-test plan; capacity figures are released after testing rather than promised on a datasheet.
