Two-component dosing for private-label ready meals

Central European private-label ready-meal makerCentral EuropeDemonstration case

GTX-1800 particulate filling paired with GT-L60 liquid dosing delivered solids-and-brine ready meal trays under shared recipe control.

Background

A co-packer needed to portion meat sauce components and brine separately into trays at synchronised stations while meeting retailer audit documentation requirements.

GrounTon solution

  • GTX-1800 dosing station for the particulate sauce component
  • GT-L60 flow-meter station for brine on the same conveyor
  • Shared recipe controls linking both stations to the tray sealer
  • Food-contact material declarations compiled for the retailer audit pack

Outcome

  • Stable solids-to-liquid proportion across trays during observed production
  • One operator interface for both dosing stations
  • Final capacity figures withheld pending the customer-published validation

This case is part of a high-fidelity prototype. Client names and regions are demonstration content, and quantitative outcomes are intentionally withheld until validated by the end customer.

Share viscosity behaviour, particulate content and target formats. GrounTon responds with a platform proposal and a sample-test plan; capacity figures are released after testing rather than promised on a datasheet.
